Lip Enhancement Surgery
There are various surgical and non-surgical options available at the Eden Institute of Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery to reverse the look of ageing, add fullness and support thinning lips and lip lines.
We use a variety of products that have a proven track record, and employ the latest technologies. Non-surgical options are by injection, and your treating specialist cosmetic nurse will assist you in determining the best product for your concern. We may recommend a combination of products to best suit your needs.
Generally, these treatments show results immediately, and it is always a joy for us to see our patient’ delight at the end of the treatment! Always allow for a couple of days of swelling and/or bruising. As every person’s body reacts differently, it is always a little difficult to predict an exact time frame. Some people show no bruising or swelling, and some do. You can always use coverup makeup for the odd little bruise if you need to. Allow about an hour for your treatment.
Most people choose products that are not permanent, for a variety of reasons. We do have semi-permanent products available, and we will advise you of the best course of action for your circumstance.
Our approach to fillers and lip enhancement is the subtle look. That means minimal treatment for maximum effect. With the improvements in products, we now use fillers for lip and cheek line minimization, filling of chin lines, and assisting with the hollow and tired look under the eyes that so many of us develop over time.
